The service can be used to process single or multiple PCs and because of our investment in equipment; this can be done at the customer’s premises or our own. We can also process servers on site.

Once the customer has confirmed the PC is ready to be wiped, Q Services will backup the computer/s, analyse the disk/s and upload the analysis to the storeNview server.
Q Services will then send a unique JOB ID to the customer. The disks will then be thoroughly wiped and the PCs returned to the customer for re-sale.

Customers will be able to view and request files using the storeNview system. Q Services will receive notification of which file has been requested and we will send it to an email address designated by the customer. This process will take up to two working days to complete (unless otherwise stated).
