Each user will be given a unique identification name and password to help ensure the system is secure and data remains confidential. Each user can login to their profile on the welcome screen.

Each individual computer has a unique job identification number, which helps the customer quickly identify the computer they are looking for. Before looking for a required file, the correct computer must be chosen to ensure the correct data is displayed. To help with the identification process, we have also included a notes section, in which the customers can ask us to write their own reference number or relevant notes to help identify the job.

It is very easy to locate files on each computer. The process is completed in the same way that you would locate files in Windows Explorer. Importantly, the date that the file was last modified has been added to help ascertain the relevance of each file.

Requested files will be viewable on the requests sub-menu.
